The purpose of this program is to simulate the World-3 model as described in D L Meadows et al, Dynamics of Growth in a Finite World (Cambridge, Mass: Wright Allen Press, 1974) and to introduce to the MIT-world models differences in the levels of socio-economic development in various parts of the world to make a distinction between rich and poor countries.
