This study involved placing on computer tape the census returns of a selection of Suffolk parishes for 1851, as well as some 1861, 1871 and 1876 data, for the purpose of teaching computer assisted method in local history research. Variables For each person, name, addres, sex, age, occupation, place of birth is recorded.
