Rural Industry Survey, 1987-1988; Employees Survey

The aim of this study was to ascertain training needs and suggest how gaps might be filled for the following groups in Scotland: rural Development and Training agents; rural workers, including family members, employed and self-employed; non-employed, whether registered unemployed or not, of working age; rural employers of all sectors. The variables include in this study are: Employment, economic position, job description, commuting, qualifications, training, types of work.
