To collect data on the August referendum on dissolution of the union with Sweden, and the November referendum concerning the monarch versus republic. Variables Data are collected for each commune in the whole of Norway, making for 470 observations. Variables include votes cast in both votes, and voting rate, registered voters, and the rate of mobilization August - November. Please note: this study does not include information on named individuals and would therefore not be useful for personal family history research.
