GP Patient Survey, 2024

The GP Patient Survey is a large-scale push-to-web survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. In 2024 the survey received responses from around 700,000 adults in England. It looks at patient experiences of their GP practice and other local NHS services. The results from the latest publication of the survey were released on 11 July 2024. The reports and survey materials can be found on the GP Patient Survey website. Data is currently available nationally, at Integrated Care System (ICS), Primary Care Network (PCN) and practice-level. The analysis tool, available from September 2024, also enables users to look at the survey in more detail (at national, ICS, PCN and practice levels), including running bespoke crosstabulations.The results of the latest GP Patient Survey are now available via the GP Patient Survey website.
