These SPSS files for the GHS 1973 leisure questions were created during the course of a research project which sought to track changes in patterns of leisure activities across the last century in the United Kingdom. The General Household Survey served as one of many sources of data for the project. This dataset contains 24 variables about leisure activities performed by respondents to the 1973 General Household Survey. This dataset was designed to be matched into the 1973 General Household Survey Surrey Files. (SN:1553).
