The aim of this survey was to collect detailed information on women and men's working time behaviour and preferences in 1989. Information on labour market circumstances, household characteristics and spouse's labour market behaviour were collected for a sample of employed men and women aged 20-55 years. Working time behaviour, remuneration and preferences. Standard Measures Occupational data coded to SOC, RG, IEST, Hope-Goldthorpe using Ken Prady's coding conversion matrix. General health question scale adopted from GHS.
