Consumer Concerns, 1979-1980

The aim of this study was to enable the National Consumer Council to represent consumers more effectively by: (a) highlighting areas of major concern to consumers; (b) collecting information about consumers' problems that would enable the NCC to press for action to further consumers' interests; (c) providing information to others in the consumer movement. Consumers' problems and experiences with: housing, neighbourhood, shopping, transport, public utilities, tax and work, personal finance, health services, education, welfare, communication services.
